A snapshot of your dream is this charming house perched on a gentle sloping green grass which is one of the most beautiful lake lots in Bella Vista.  No matter where you look from your deck or your backyard, beautiful views of l Lake Rayburn fill your vision.  As you drive into the long driveway that is at least 3 car lengths, you are greeted by the largest redbud tree in the neighborhood.  At springtime she has hyacinths and tulips around her and later lovely irises follow like a well choreographed dance.  On the southwest side of the house is a garden with miscellaneous plants and trees.  There is a medium size wooden gazebo that is fully screened provides a nice picnic setting for any season.  A legal sized horseshoe pit is set at the edge of the property, it was used many times for real tournaments while guests sat in benches under the lush trees.

As you head to the double dock, you can either sit in the fastened chairs or jump right in the 24-foot party barge pontoon boat which comes with the home.  It has trolling motors which saves immensely in boat fees, since Bella Vista charges by the size of the motor.  With Lake Rayburn being a peaceful no-wake lake, making it perfect for fishing and swimming, there's no need for more then a trolling motor.

You can also walk up to the viewing deck which runs the length of the house.  This large deck can access from either side of the house.  It is a generous size for grilling and entertaining while you watch one of the amazing sunsets over the dam.

The house looks modest in size from the outside but it is quite roomy inside.  The family room has a long bank of 12 windows that look out the northeast part of the property.  In spring you can witness two beautiful pear trees bloom from bare twigs into two white flower packed trees and gradually turn green.  The family room has a loft and a gas stove. An nice office space is located closest to the lake view.which also opens to the deck. The office is also connected to the large master bedroom which has 2 deep closets, a small storage room and a 3/4 bathroom.  There is a big picture window that looks out the lake.  You will enjoy watching the varying moods of the sky from your bed.

The hard wood floor in the hallyway leads to a full guest bathroom, the linen closet and the laundry room that has a sink and cabinets around.

At the end of the hallway is the dining room with a window view of the gazebo and garden. Next to it is a 4-season sunroom. A perfect size for entertaining guests while enjoying the view of the garden and the lake.

Back inside toward the front of the house is the large living room with a cozy warm fireplace for those chilly evenings.  The fireplace boasts an authentic antique gas fireplace mantle from the late 1800s.  A flip of a switch brings warmth to your home.  Turn on the large ceiling fan hanging from the vaulted ceiling to help move the heat into dining and family room area!

The lower level are two guestrooms and a full size bathroom.  Both bedrooms have their own private entrance and a patio with leads to the backyard which is 20ft away from the dock.

Oh, and did I mention the distance to major shopping, entertainment, the arts, medical and education is anywhere from 10 min to the most 35 minutes away? Northwest Arkansas is a major metropolitan area and so, although you will feel as if you're in the country, you are not far away from most the amentities of a large city.

Finally, the real reason why it is a dream home is because the neighborhood.  You will never meet nicer people to live next to!
