The memorial is located at the southern end of Bella Vista, just off of 71B, north of Country Rd. 40, adjacent to Bella Vista lake.
If you have a GPS just plug in 103 Veteran's Way, Bella Vista, AR and it should take you right there. 
That's the address of the VFW building which is on the same grounds as the Memorial.
